fun friday

ok i saw this one on dyi network and i am going to make it for mom -
fall table runner:
brown felt
silk fall leaves
cut the flet to the size that best fits your table (long and skinny )
hot glue the leaves on it covering it all and make sure that you hang the leaves over the edges so that way when you are done it looks like you have a pile of leaves on the table
you use brown so that if you happen to see under the leaves it looks like dirt
then just put a candle or small pumpkin on it and call it done
i cant wait till i get it done

thankful thursday

i am thankful for feety pajamas
they help keep little boys warm and toasty .it makes them all happy to have them on .in fact my guys ask about them in the summer .they have also told me that i could just turn on the fan really high and then their room would cold enough to wear them . but now it is cold enough for them .we have yet to turn on the heater even at night .so right now at 11:21 i still have boys in feety pajamas .their little bellies and bottoms are so cute it makes them look like they are still little tiny guys.it makes me want them to be little again . it reminds me of when my babies were babies

digress

digress : ramble,wander ,beat around the bush. I own this word. I tend to do this .i tried to come up with words for this game but man it gets too hard when I think too much. ,could I write on this word or that .so I went to one of my favorite books the thesaurus open it up and point to a word and that is that . this is the word that I will use like it or not .i cant ask you to write about a random word and not do the same...but I digress yet again

Words words .they hold such power. They can make you laugh or cry. Bring on such joy or anger. They are very light and easy to say, but they always hold such weight. Guard your words carefully they say .a story is made up of words that lead to another world or another time. My words give me grief today because I need to come up with one for today and one for tomorrow so my fellow blog addicts will get off my back. So today will be the word …word .tomorrow well it could be book, dog, hat or supercalafragelisticexpialadocious.
