where did i go ?

So today i am filling in for the parent that teaches p.e.
i told the boys as we were going to school that they would get to see me for sports time as the school calls it ,i just knew that they would be happy to see me - no i did not learn from the lunch visit- anyway i was told that i could not help i was so funny because i dont know anything about sports . i told them that i used to play softball and soccer and i was in weightlifting too . ha ha ha no you went momma ha ha ha . yes i was -- really when ? oh how about the life i had before you two took over .

a helping hand

I usually crate train my puppies but it has been sooo long ago that i do not have the crate any more so we put him in the mud room and put chicken wire up to give him a small area to train in . it has worked well so far .the other day i went in and he was on the other side of the "fence" sleeping on the back door rug .near as i could figure he crawled under it . well i found out how he learned to do this big C followed JD into the room one night and he wanted huckleberry out but cant reach over the fence to get him so he just pulled it up and then after the puppy is out he pushes it back down. well i took the fence down now because he crawls out all the time now then cries because his bed food and toys are all over on the other side .He still wont come out of the mud room because he cant walk on the hard wood floor.so if i put him on the dinning room rug he wont move he is surrounded by hardwood . he has no idea that there are any other rooms in this house other then the living room we carry him into and the mud room . oh and the dinning room rug

Welcome

This is our new addition to the family HUCKLEBERRY FINN HUMPHREY.He was born in august so he is about 2 months or so he is a border collie mix .we got him from pet smarts adopt a pet .we got to pick him up today after all his dogie stuff got taken care of/removed . Sadie seems ok with him so far.She wants him to play but he is still a little wobbly from the surgery.i will add more pictures when he does something/anything other then sleep

D.D.D.D

This is my Darn Dandy Deal Day .

i have been wanting to get bar stools for the kitchen so the guys could eat breakfast there or do homework while i do dishes but really did not want to spend tons on them .well today i went to the good will on a whim and there they were there were three but i only needed 2 i know i might regret not getting that third later but 2 served my needs just fine and the third one kind of had a bit of a wobbled .

so here we have my 10.00 bar stools

ok so we in that past have either given or help in getting several peoples children bunk beds -that you pier one discount - every time we have done this we have passed on the advice that they should not stack them till they are at least 5 .for obvious safety reasons . well the boys have been 5 for a bit now and i have been happy that we did not have them up but,today for some unknown reason i mentioned to chad that when i was cleaning out the shed i found parts to make their bunk beds well bunk beds instead of two twins . i have lost my mind i know that now because he even came home early to do this .the boys are oh so pumped .i have gone over the safety rules a few hundred times and i hope that their guardian angles are real puffy tonight so when J lands on them he does not get hurt . He (J) has told me not to worry that tonight when it is time for him to go into my bed that he will scream real loud for me to help him down - poor little C what a way to wake up

Dying mom blog

so i blog hop around and find interesting blogs to read - cyber stalk - i found a link to this one on aol about 4 months ago .about a catholic mom who was dying and how she was preparing herself husband and kids . ok so it was really a cry fest, a big slap in the face about how blessed i am . well she passed away on the 11th . all i can think of are those poor kids ! - i have no kids today in daycare so im going to lunch with my guys------
by the way when i went to see my precious little boys at lunch ,just knowing that i would hear mommy ! i am so glad you are here ,you are the best ,you made my whole day ...or any other expressions of love like that .i just knew i would get that but no i got aaww mommy why are you here ? and they hardly talked to me they took off to go play after lunch and J was holding some little girls hand - no he didnt know her name just running around holding her hand and having what i am sure was a deep and meaningful conversation with her ---you know the one we were going to have because i came for lunch

Garage sale

ok so when we moved back to Texas we were going to move to a different town ,different house .God said "no I don't think so." it wasn't going to be ready and MY ( yes mine all mine)Julie had a house that was. so we moved here . i said we wont be here long so i wont hang up pictures, i wont unpack everything,i don't need all my kitchen stuff,just leave the shed the way it is . ok so now we all know how that worked out .here we are over our one year mark by four months . that is not what this blog is about the title did not say change of plans it said garage sale .come on lets keep out train on track folks .
any -who ! so this weekend i got into the shed ,honey said no don't do that, it will never get done, we will have rain, it will be all over the yard ruined, he will have to finish it up for me, blah, blah, blah, husband rambles on ... well i did finish i put ALL my decorations in totes .all on one side of the shed the mud room is cleaned out, i have all my china in one place ,all the picture boxes in one place -no still not putting all those up.i have gone through our (hubby and me)keep boxes and the boys ,i have brought in the rest of my kitchen stuff- but the big big thing is that i have toys toys toys for a garage sale .before we left GA i gave a tons -3 pick up truck loads full-of baby stuff to a needy family in our church .so this is mainly toys i still have to cut down the boys keep stuff some more and get all my pictures in our keep stuff in a tote. but i have so much progress ! i can walk into the shed !!!!! have room turn around and and and i know right where stuff is !!! - i want to have a garage sale before Christmas .that way i can at least get rid of the toys ,ya know to get more money to get more toys . i want to do this at my moms with my sister and sister in law - at moms you question???? well that way we don't have kids crying and getting their cousins stuff to take to their house. we can do this it will not be a problem then what ever does not sell we take to a resale shop.DO NOT TAKE IT BACK HOME
so that is my plan . Karen and mom seem to be on board ,have not talked to Renee and then there is the whole part about following through with it but ......

our anniversary

So yesterday was our anniversary . 14 years ! this means 20 years together . i am very proud of that number because most people don't make it that long now a days . it gets rough ,there is someone who pays you a bit more attention ,you get tired of each other ,then just leave .no big deal you can always get married again (no not YOU chad )so we had this night planed .i made a roast with the carrots he has wanted .his mother was going to sit with the boys after they went to bed so we could go to a movie .it was going to be nice and relaxing .just us time..now as you are reading this you should hear calm music, feel relaxed, because this all seems so well planned ,this is gonna happen aaahhh how nice

do daycare running ....get boys from school great day ! oh mommy look my sock ,coming out of the top of my shoe ... hole !!! ...home get more kids ...homework ..."honey, working late" ... mom in law thanks anyway ...roast cooking ... daycare gone 6:15 roast almost done... we don't want roast ! ... remember mommy i need shoes ... roast done ...in fridge ... out the door 7:00 to burger king ... they eat on the road... forget me ...3 stores no luck ...chew off left arm ,admit you MUST go to the mall AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH with your two tired grumpy boys .

three stores there... last store 8:50 (cue music from heaven) found a pair ..black...lace ...wide... oooo bonus lights....don't even look at price... must pay, need shoes "that will be $7.52 " what at the finish line ? .oh yes! grab shoes before this kid notices the mistake ...run out door across the mall slid in the door of Macy's before they close them... dash out to parking lot try to find car... oh good it is still here 9:10 ...drive home ...we are hungry .. we are tired ... he touched me ... i don't like this music...hubby calls ,coming home ... "will you go to the store and get me my cigarettes before you get home" ... aaagggghhh ! ... get his cancer sticks ... go home no bath ...thank you God they did not paint today ...9:30 boys in bed ...they get their second wind ... yell yell yell... aaahhh they are asleep... i pass out in chair,no roast , no movie. but...the $7.00 shoes made it all worth while YOU STILL OWE ME A DATE HONEY ,GREAT SHOE DEAL OR NOT .

fun fun fun

We have had so much fun this weekend and it is only Saturday at about 3:00.

Friday night after daddy got home we went to the vacant lot up the street and played foot ball with all the day care kids till about 7:45 i took cute pictures of it all .then Saturday morning we went to home depot ,the police department open house as well as the fire department one. we got to see our friends at both and had tons of fun while we were at it and sunk in some learning too . i just love it when that happens . the boys got to make a "911" call to a real 911 operator and she put them through a"real" call . they got to make up the emergency and she asked all the questions that went with it .why yes CJ did use the whole busting open his head seine . we came home and crashed the rest of the day . we go to the fire department one every year and this year the police joined along it was neat .here are some football pictures .i lost my mind and left the camera at home for Saturday but i at least got a few on the cell but have no clue how to get them on here
