ok - lets see - to fill you in quickly - got a job start tomorrow - evenings part time - mommy mad money- you know dont have to be so mad when i dont have it - ha ha and some family relief -still no computer - going to have to wait till irs comes - really i cant see any other way cause it has been years and years sense the last time i got one - i have to say thank you to my little brother for nursing the old one along all these years . ummm what else - oh i am done with my Christmas shopping except two but they are gift certificates. so i am done !!!!!

kids are still cute and wild - dog is still lonely. and hubby is still my dear hubby and all the sarcasm that goes with that sentence . no really i love him

little c came home very upset saying that he was" done with school"

"nope no way i am not going back!" he had obviously discussed this with his brother because he chimed in -"nope never going back !"

- in chapel no less -

that was the point that j made loud and clear" and we were in chapel momma! "- there is a little girl named Ashley - ya know to look at her you wouldn't know that she was so deadly - ya see she kissed little c and tried to give him her cooties ! in chapel ! j told me that he told her" hey don't you kiss my brother ! "and they ran to tell the teacher that Ashely was spreading her cooties --in chapel --cant forget that - i think that the fact that it was in chapel was what really bugged j not that his brother could have gotten the flesh eating disease cooties but that it was in GODS HOUSE !

but never fear i think i have him convinced to give her one more chance and not to drop out in preschool - - "OK momma one more chance but if it happen again that is it i am done "

my sister thought this was very funny today -- i had laid the guys down after lunch to take a nap and stayed in there and got kinda sucked in -- well keem calls and while on the phone with her i had to go back into the room and tell little C who was still awake to stay in bed ,do not talk yell or throw anything at your sleeping brother - the not throwing thing was what got my sister - ya see i have to be very clear because over time i have had to add things to that list - 1st dont get out of bed and mess with your sleeping brother 2nd dont talk to your sleeping brother 3nd time dont yell at your sleeping brother 4th time i walked in and everything was out of his bed and either on the floor on his brothers bed or on his brother - all in the hopes of following rule 1 but still being able to wake him up - and he was reaching for a book on the bookshelf next to him to throw at his sleeping brother next because he had run out of things. so yes in my house we must be very clear

we are at home the other day and i told the boys get your shoes we need to go run an errand - and J tell me no no momma you can go and keem(my sister) and her kids can come over and 4 year old sit us -- ok now stop, reread this, and then you will get it

ok i saw this one on dyi network and i am going to make it for mom -
fall table runner:
brown felt
silk fall leaves
cut the flet to the size that best fits your table (long and skinny )
hot glue the leaves on it covering it all and make sure that you hang the leaves over the edges so that way when you are done it looks like you have a pile of leaves on the table
you use brown so that if you happen to see under the leaves it looks like dirt
then just put a candle or small pumpkin on it and call it done
i cant wait till i get it done

thankful thursday

i am thankful for feety pajamas
they help keep little boys warm and toasty .it makes them all happy to have them on .in fact my guys ask about them in the summer .they have also told me that i could just turn on the fan really high and then their room would cold enough to wear them . but now it is cold enough for them .we have yet to turn on the heater even at night .so right now at 11:21 i still have boys in feety pajamas .their little bellies and bottoms are so cute it makes them look like they are still little tiny guys.it makes me want them to be little again . it reminds me of when my babies were babies

I tend to do this .i tried to come up with words for this game but man it gets too hard when I think too much. ,could I write on this word or that .so I went to one of my favorite books the thesaurus open it up and point to a word and that is that . this is the word that I will use like it or not .i cant ask you to write about a random word and not do the same...but I digress yet again

time travel tuesday

Time Travel Tuesday~accident or illness edition

well lets see i guess it was years ago when i was on the titanic ,it was this great cruise until ......

no really i have been pretty blessed .i cant remember anything big happening unless it was so bad i blocked it out. well there was that one time i rolled down a hill end over end and then couldn't get out of the car -OK ill tell that one

big c and i were dating and we were on a double date with some friends and the driver was messing around doing fish tales on the side of a hill-hey we were in high school - well anyway ... we flipped and rolled three times end over end and landed upside down . because i was in the back the front seats needed to get folded down for me to get out but it was upside down the roof was crushed up a bit so it made it hard to get out but with help from the guys i did . we went to the hospital in my "boyfriend's" car that we had left on top of the hill .we called my folks to come up with us .big c and i were not hurt so we never told my parents we were in the car . until about 6 years ago we were at my moms and the friend who was driving the car was over and we were reliving our youth and It came out the i was in the car . i got in trouble for lying . so the moral of the story kids is ... never relive your youth in front of your mom

I have the best job in the world. But it’s getting dangerous, cause I’m slowing down ,and slow is a bad thing at this job .but I can touch and talk to an elephant ,hippo, lion ,zebra , giraffe ,rhino and many more animals every day .now my job has its down sides. my job can be stinky gross and dangerous .the last thing I want to happen is for me to be doing my job and the alligator decide that he wants a snack .yep being the guy who brushes the animals teeth at the zoo is sure exciting

I once had a baby elephant. My mother let me keep her in the house .her name was Ella
She was so helpful, friendly and cute.
She would move the couch when mom vacuumed .she would help my dad wash the car, and water the grass.
It never took us long to get to school .all the cars would just stop and stare.
The other children in the neighborhood were jealous.
They whined to their folks “why can she have an elephant and I only get a goldfish?”

thankful thursday

i am thankful that we have such beautiful weather today .i am thankful that i can open the windows and doors in my house, and not worry . with this blessing comes the knowledge that there are some people that have no house at all to open up on a gorgeous day like today or if they have a house they are in an area that makes it impossible to open windows and doors without fear .also i am aware that there are people that live in drought conditions without any end in sight.doing with out the basic necessities while i sit here in my house enjoying this great day .my only problem is that my Dr pepper and nutter butters have run out ,and if i want more i have to go into the kitchen and get them myself .

FOR ME THE MOST ADVENTUROUS THING I HAVE EVER DONE( AND CAN BLOG ABOUT .) WAS MOVING TO GEORGIA . I WAS TERRIFIED TO GO .UPROOT MY CHILDREN AND MY LIFE .MOVE AWAY FROM MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS .LEAVE MY COMFORT ZONE . IT WAS VERY NERVE RACKING . I GOT THERE AND FELL IN LOVE .IT IS SO PRETTY AND RELAXING .I MADE GREAT FRIENDS THERE .I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES OF THAT TIME .

COURAGE? WELL I GUESS YOU CAN SAY IT WAS THE ENDLESS PRAYERS I SAID THAT GAVE ME THE COURAGE ,AND THE FACT THAT I HAD BIG C AND WAS NOT ALONE .

THE OTHER MOST ADVENTUROUS THING I DID WAS DRIVE BACK TO TEXAS .BIG C WAS IN THE MOVING VAN AND I HAD THE DOGS AND BOYS WITH ME AND ALOT OF THE TIME I WAS MILES AHEAD OF HIM .ON MY OWN JUST ME AND THE OPEN ROAD. OH AND THE"ARE WE THERE YET?" TWINS .

saturday-open house

ok so today was the open house at the fire station. they do this every year and the boys love it! they have the ambulances and fire trucks open to the kids and they have a pretend house fire to

teach fire safety .they also let the kids use the hoses and fire extinguishers ,wear their gear and have hot dogs,hamburgers , clowns and a tour of their house.it is really neat . here are some pictures from today -no i dont have pictures of little c with the clowns .if i had taken a picture of him you would have seen him hiding behind daddy hugging his leg -i blame this on my sister.say it karen clowns are our firends .all in all it was a good day the boys thought that when they cut the car open it was too loud so we went tor the car and daddy stayed and took pictures. we came home and had a great day wrestling with daddy and hanging out .then we went to go see our cousins at "moms" and ate pizza.came home and passed put for the night - it was a really fun day not too hot,and a good breeze blowing.a great day all around !

THE JONAS BROTHERS

today was a first for my boys !
we went with the cousins to the State Fair of Texas . To see the Jonas brothers concert !
it was nuts ! we could not get too close so we stayed by a big screen and watched it from there . it was hot hot hot the boys did OK for a bit - they yelled and sang along and danced .then wanted to go home . i was all for it !

i know it has been too long

ok so i know that it has been a while since i have blogged and all of you now have blog of your own so i guess i need to make sure i at least keep up .
ok the camp out was a success

all the boys had fun - yes all the boys includes big C .the boys got to cook their own food

hot dogs and marshmallows - they really didnt want to eat the cooked marshmellows just burn them . at one point i had a plate full of burnt ones .if it weren't for the pizza man i think they would have all starved .we has hot dogs marshmellows and pizza bones all over it was all mixed in with the spilled root beer . the dog was so happy to help patrol the camp site and keep it clean,well at least till she puked !

they played flashlight tag and screamed and squealed ran around till i thought that THEY would puke - it was so cute

and as all good out doors men do they even got to use trees instead of walking the 10 or so feet to the house to go to the bathroom like humans - i promised my brother no naked hinney pictures(on the blog)

they finally got into the tent to go to bed and still giggled and squealed and stunk the tent up something awful

my little c was the only one that did not sleep all night in the tent i was really thinking that my living room floor would be filled with all of them so we did much better then i thought

they all went home with about 2 inches of dirt and grime on them the next morning ,ready to come back and do it again soon

it was a success !
