i know it has been too long

ok so i know that it has been a while since i have blogged and all of you now have blog of your own so i guess i need to make sure i at least keep up .
ok the camp out was a success

all the boys had fun - yes all the boys includes big C .the boys got to cook their own food

hot dogs and marshmallows - they really didnt want to eat the cooked marshmellows just burn them . at one point i had a plate full of burnt ones .if it weren't for the pizza man i think they would have all starved .we has hot dogs marshmellows and pizza bones all over it was all mixed in with the spilled root beer . the dog was so happy to help patrol the camp site and keep it clean,well at least till she puked !

they played flashlight tag and screamed and squealed ran around till i thought that THEY would puke - it was so cute

and as all good out doors men do they even got to use trees instead of walking the 10 or so feet to the house to go to the bathroom like humans - i promised my brother no naked hinney pictures(on the blog)

they finally got into the tent to go to bed and still giggled and squealed and stunk the tent up something awful

my little c was the only one that did not sleep all night in the tent i was really thinking that my living room floor would be filled with all of them so we did much better then i thought

they all went home with about 2 inches of dirt and grime on them the next morning ,ready to come back and do it again soon

it was a success !

time travel tuesday--birthday

ok as i am just learning how this cool blog stuff goes ...i guess i am supposed to tell you about a memorable birthday i have had. my birthday has always been fun for me -even the few years i was 29 again and again and..my birthday is on october 30th so the way i look at it they made a holiday just for me .my friends and family come over on Halloween and we make pots of chili and we go trick or treating and have a grand old time every year.dressing up, eating candy, staying up ,late its all great ! but one of the ones that sticks out in my head ,well top 2 one being the first with my boys at 4 months

has to be my 18th the first with my hubby .we had just started dating October 7th was the first official date alone, not just friends out as a group.and this boy (then) got hooked up with my mom and was the bait to get me to McDonald's.my mom had the balloons the games the cake the clown, the whole McDonald's party to the hilt for me as a last goodbye to being a "kid"

OK SO WE ALL KNOW I HAVE BEEN IN GEORGIA FOR THE PAST YEAR .DONT KNOW IF YOU KNEW BUT BRAUMS IS NOT IN GEORGIA . I MISSED IT . LAST YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME THAT I HAVE NOT HAD PUMPKIN ICE CREAM TO ENJOY AND TO WELCOME IN FALL WITH . WELL JOY OF JOYS BRAUMS GOT PUMPKIN ICE CREAM IN TODAY ! MY SISTER AND I WERE TALKING ABOUT IT THIS MORNING IN FACT . I HAVE GOTTEN MY OLDEST NEPHEW (SUPER DOUBLE A) ADDICTED TO IT AND I AM HOPING TO GET MY LITTLE GUYS INTO IT .ALL THE MORE REASON THAT I NEED IT IN MY FREEZER . ITS FOR THE BOYS HONEY NOT ME !

breathe in breathe out

ok so as i look at MY julies page i see it is thankful Thursday - i dont know how to do all those cute blog type things but... i was going to sound ungrateful in this blog about asthma but then i saw hers and ...i am thankful julie has given me a smack in the head and put me in the right frame of mind .
so i am thankful ...that little c has not had a full blown attack and needed more then what he has ,as far as treatments since we have been back in texas .
i am thankful that big C has a job ,some dont ,and that he truly likes it ,again some dont and that we will have insurance with said job starting on the 1st of November ,again some dont .
i am thankful knowing that GOD will not give me more then he knows i can handle .
i am thankful the HE loves me no matter how grumpy and how often i seem to forget as of late that i have so very much to thankful for

tid bits

so we sit in a restaurant with my folks and the boys are showing grandpa how they can spell r-e-d , g-u-m, b-o-y and they had learned to spell y-e-l-l-o-w that day too. well.. J could not remember the letters and when his daddy asked him why he said" because i wasnt listening to everything mrs brown said today"honesty folks .so big C starts to tell him Y- and J said" i said because i wasn't..." (you see where this is going dont you )
ok in said restaurant was a table full of firemen and little c said" look look rescue heroes" and one of the firemen said" that's right i'm billy blazes !" i thought how cool !
ok last one and everyone who knows my dad will understand the miracle that happen.
as we sit and enjoy our meal j has to go see the restroom -you know you have to see the inside of every rest room when you are 4 - so grandpa is done, and i really think this all happen before he knew what was going on because he got up and took him ! then little c needed to go so he just took off after them - all happy that they are going to the BOYS room - all 3 make it back safe and sound and i ask did you wash your hands ? my dad says no we dont have to mom(grandma)has that stuff in her purse (hand sanitizer)
i didnt complain because 1 he took them and 2 he brought them back

brag time

this blog started out as a tid bit page but i realized that it quickly turned into a rambling brag page and then changed it.i will do the tid bit later -i know it is not nice to brag but my guys are smart - and so some of the things they are learning in school are a repeat for them but they need the school for so many other reasons and they are and will learn from this school it is a great school . :disclaimer:i am not in any way shape or form saying that my guys are super brains or above anyone elses kids -i cant stand folks like that - just telling you how proud i am of my guys -- ok here we go. my boys know their colors and the letters of the alphabet by sight and sound and they are writing some of their letters already and/or tracing them . they know how to count to 20 and count things, yes for me that is different,you can repeat the abc song and numbers but to know what they are means (at least in my head )that you truly know them my guys can count to 10 in spanish and look at a number and know what it is in Spanish .they know several words in spanish and use them in daily life -big thing for me because we are the whitest folks i know - they have an awesome vocabulary and when they slow down (J) you can understand it all -ha ha their memory astounds my husband and i every day.also if you spend any time around my guys you will know that they have a wicked great sense of humor they are very much still 4 year olds with the fits and all that four means ,they still are just little guys but they are smart.i really think it has a ton to do with the fact that they are our only kids - so there you go i have become one of those rude obnoxious parents that brag about my kids and how smart they are - sorry folks you were warned in the title of this blog

GIORGIO ARMANI

Ok so yesterday hubby tells me that he got a memo that The Armani team is coming to work friday . so i had a giggle at his expense.wanting to know if the "C" collection is in the works .
well for all you high fashion fans you will be happy to know that hubby got to meet Giorgio Armani today and being the high fashion man that he is the only thing he could comment on about him was that he had on lime green pants . so i guess the Armani BBQ bibs by "C" will not be on the market any time soon .i would just have loved to be there to see those two fashion greats talking style .have a great day

first day

So the first day went great .no one cried they went into the class with no problem.they had a good day came home knowing how to spell the word RED .my mom needed me to come help her so that kept me busy ,the next thing i knew it was time to go get them ! here is a picture of them in their school shirts with daddy that morning . i am going to get one with their teacher on here soon

i hope that tomorrow goes just as well ,for all of us .my mom does not need me so i will be here all alone !

the day before

Today i am fine .today i have not one issue .i am looking at tomorrow with excitement for my little guys .because tomorrow is their first day of school .now it is only 3 days a week but that is ok it is a great program ! i know they will learn alot . my niece went there 10 years ago and lots of the same staff are still there and she learned tons .they need this .sometimes they even want this. other times no .i am happy for them and sad too but the happy for them out weighs the sad for me .i am thinking of all the wash and dusting and bon bon eating i can do without little boys underfoot .wow the possibilities
